SOCIAL MEDIA – HOW TO MAKE IT LESS PAINFUL!
I am going to own up to the fact right here and now, that I
absolutely hate doing my own social media! It has never (despite several people
begging me to do it for them) been a service of mine.. Stop press.. a VA that
doesn’t offer social media?!! Yup. Well, until I grew my team, to
include someone that loves Social Media!! So now I do, haha, Only because it doesn't involve me doing it!
When I come to doing my own, I try to reduce the pain as
much as possible. That involves using all the tricks and software I can lay my
hands on. In this blog I’ll share how I do it, to spread some joy amongst those
who really can’t afford the time to do a good job.
There are lots of ways to schedule your posts using free and
very clever numerous software schedulers that offer various levels. These
include Buffer Hootsuite, Later or Social Bee which is a new one on me
until recently, you can have 3 social accounts and 10 posts with # tag
suggestions. The other plans are pretty good value too.
I have recently started using Missinglettr.com. You connect up your RSS
feeds for where you post your blogs, youtube or your website for example, you
provide some media, either little video’s or graphics pictures etc. From there
it brings them into Missinglettr, AI will take quotes and snippets from them
and will make a years worth of Social Media for you. All you have to do is keep
the blogs and media flowing, review what you like or don’t like, then
Missinglettr does the rest! It’s genius, and I love it!
I also use Styled
Stock Society for a constant supply of professional editable graphics,
amazing little promo videos and cute pictures all in your own brand colours.
Just these 2 bits of software have made my social media
bearable again and actually, I can spend hours playing with the graphics and
pics in Canva, like I just did… oops. The graphic on this page is one I have
just made up!

help monitor your SEO.. they currently have lots of social media content slides and ideas to get you going, as well as lots of other social media tools that you
might prefer, to help you super charge your offering on your channels… I really
have to sit on my hands and hide my credit card when I visit Appsumo.. it’s
like a sweet shop for VA’s! Constant browsing of discount goodies!
